If a licensed professional later needs sensitive documents for a mortgage application, use only the secure channel they specifically provide.

Mortgage-processing information may come from a separate secure application, authorized third-party providers such as credit bureaus, public records and internal business systems. Public website forms and Telegram are not secure document-upload channels.
