1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected through our websites, applications, and online services; from consumers who apply for a mortgage or inquire about our services; and in the course of interactions with clients, partners, and third-party lead sources.
Public forms on this website collect only contact details, consent and the questionnaire responses you choose to submit. Do not send Social Security numbers, credit reports, tax returns, bank statements, identification documents or borrower files through public website forms or Telegram. - Protected classifications that may be required by law in a separate mortgage application workflow.
- Internet activity: device information and browsing behavior on our platforms.
- Commercial and employment data.
3. Sources of information
We obtain public-site data from information you submit through website forms. Mortgage-processing information may come from a separate secure application, authorized third-party providers such as credit bureaus, public records and internal business systems. Public website forms and Telegram are not secure document-upload channels.
