Definitions
Capitalized words have the meanings set out below.
- Affiliate — an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control (50%+ of voting interests).
- Arbitration — binding arbitration under JAMS rules, including a waiver of class actions and jury trials.
- CPRA — the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020. CAN-SPAM — the Act of 2003. TCPA — the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
- Service — the Website and Application. State — California, USA.
- You — the individual or entity using the Service.
Acknowledgment
These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between You and the Company. By using the Service, You agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy. If You do not agree with any part, do not use the Service. You confirm that You are at least 18 years old.

The Service may contain links to third-party resources not controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Review their terms before using them.
Communications and SMS/Email consent
SMS (TCPA): we send messages only with your prior written consent. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Email (CAN-SPAM): all promotional emails include an unsubscribe link and our address — you can opt out at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid through the Service or $100 USD. We are not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In some jurisdictions (e.g. California, Civil Code § 1788.30) certain limitations may not apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before arbitration, you agree to attempt informal resolution. Any dispute is resolved by binding arbitration; you and the Company waive a jury trial and class action. EU residents retain the mandatory protections of their country’s law.
Changes to the terms
We may modify the Terms at our discretion. For material changes, we provide at least 30 days’ notice by updating the date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
Security and CCPA/CPRA rights
We apply physical, technical, and administrative safeguards (SSL/TLS, PCI-DSS compliance). California residents may exercise their rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of data — see the Privacy Policy.
